Perfect fit and Quality, Can't go wrong with Amazon & Dorman!
Imagine my surprise when I pulled up to work, put the truck into park, removed my seat-belt and when I went to open the door the handle snapped off? I paused for a second to wonder why had this door handle come off in my hand? Could it be that my wishes came true and I am now as strong as Superman? Upon further inspection I realized that it had been cracked and just gave way, so no superman here! I was still kind of confused, how was I to get out without having to climb over to the passenger side? Again I was kind of in a confused fog of early morning, a door handle in my hand, coffee not yet consumed and realizing that my superman fantasy was without merit, so please excuse the fact that it took again a pause of deep thought... "Oh, roll the window down and use the exterior handle you doofus!"Believe it or not, I managed to make it into the office without any further issues and right to Amazon.com I went. Great Replacement
I have installed the $60 dealership replacements, and the $25 parts store replacements on work trucks, and this one on my own truck. I can tell you they are all the same at least in quality and fit, and last the same amount of time. Normally, you get what you pay for, but these things are only $8 parts no matter how much you pay for them, so why pay more?It fit perfect and my door works perfect again. Will buy again...for the passenger door next.

Perfect replacement
When the handle cracked on my 2002 Chevy Prizm, I ordered one of these to replace it. I was able to install it in a few minutes. The new one looks and fits just as good as the original did.

Does the job well
Before we purchased our 1998 Prizm last year we read reviews online, and a lot of people complained about their door handles breaking in this year/model of car. Sure enough the car we bought had a broken drivers side handle. At least it was the only one broken--it looks like other reviewers have had to buy more than one!I can't speak for the installation of the handle, as my husband took charge of that--but he said that it was easy and the whole thing only took him a few minutes. I just really appreciate not having to roll the window down to open the door anymore!Good price, fast shipping, and easy installation. I highly recommend this product.

Replaced A Door Actuator in a 2008 Impala
This is the second actuator I've replaced. I purchased the first one from another supplier. In each instance I started to hear a fast clicking come from my dash, near the glove compartment. The noise even occurred with the key removed - the system would try to set the actuator back to the proper position when the car was shut off. I had to unplug the unit. Otherwise it would drain the battery (or maybe cause more problems).The first one that died was on the right. This one replaced the one on the left (behind the glove compartment). Replacement was relatively easy.I've had this part installed for about two months and I haven't noticed any problems.Sometimes you may see this part referred to as a "blend door motor".

possibly a literal life-saver!
If only we had known we could order this part on line sooner! We put up with broken door handles in our '99 Prism for way too long because our mechanic was asking an arm and a leg for this very simple repair. We had the old parts off and the new parts on in just a few minutes. So now I don't refer to the car as the Chevy Prison anymore because we can escape now.
