Product Description

Quality remanufactured fuel injectors that are electronically tested for correct electrical resistance and for coil weakness. Good units are then disassembled (micro filter, seals, pintle caps and plastic spacer are removed.) Injectors are simultaneously cleaned in ultrasonic tanks specially designed to clean fuel injectors. All units are individually back flushed to remove the broken dirt particles, these particles can not be removed thru the injection orifices therefore are driven out thru the inlet of the injector. All injectors are then mounted on the flow bench in an inverted position to allow them to reverse flow at a considerable pressure. We run a high performance injector cleaning solvent thru the injectors for 30 minutes, completing the cleaning process. This process assures all dirt particles are completely removed from the injector. Injectors are now mounted on the flow bench in the correct position to begin the testing procedures. We apply 60 PIS of pressure (more than a regular multi-port fuel injection system) and maintain the injectors with no signal to them for 30 seconds to make sure there are no leaks. Depending on the original manufacturer presentation, the injectors are either painted or polished to give the best cosmetic appearance possible. Injectors are then assembled with new replaceable components (filter baskets, pintle caps, O-rings and seals) and a final test is performed with all new components on injectors. The purpose of this test is to make sure the filter basket; o-rings, seals and pintle caps are positioned correctly and are not disturbing the flow or the spray pattern of the injector. Injectors are lubricated with special oil and protective caps are placed on both ends to extend the shelf life and assure that when they are installed in the vehicle they will be in optimum operating condition. I had a poor performing engine that had a strong smell of gasoline. After installing these injectors my car runs great and no foul smell. the price was great. I received them in two days. The auto parts store said it would take 5 days and the price was much higher.

Excelent value
The factory (GM) wanted $140 for the same item. I recieved the item in just a couple days, intalled it in minutes and wala it works perfect. Most likely I'll be needing more to replace the remaining injectors and I know where I'll be buying them from. Thank you

Delphi FJ10565 CSEFI to MFI Fuel Injection Conversion
I own a 1996 S-10 Blazer with a 4.3L V6 engine. Recently, I was having a constant hard-start condition. As I was having fuel-pump problems, I decided to replace it first. However, even after replacing the fuel pump, the hard start condition continued. I did a fuel-pressure check and I discovered that the system would not hold pressure; during Key-on-engine-off condition, the pump would produce about 58 PSI and would go down to zero in about 2 minutes. At this time, I decided to replace the Fuel Injection assembly. I found very favorable reviews of this Delphi unit. I did an online search for the FJ10565 model and Amazon had it available and for a very affordable price. Even though Amazon's "Make Sure It Fits" did not find it to be a match for my vehicle, further research with Delphi and RockAuto gave me a better feel it would work (both claimed it was a direct replacement). Delphi FJ10565 Fuel Injector - great price- $172.50 came with bracket
I bought this for 2000 chevy blazer, 4.3L (W) engine. It came with the bracket so I did not need the bracket I ordered. Although the kit only came with the o-ring for the injector body and manifold, you would still need to buy the upper intake manifold gasket kit for the other 2 gaskets (upper manifold gasket and the throttle body gasket). The problem I had with my truck was the check engine light was on "P0135 random misfire code", rough running, and hard starting when hot. When I checked the fuel pressure, the pressure dropped to near zero within a minute of turning the key on and then again it would drop to zero within a minute of turning the key off. When I pulled off the manifold it was obvious that fuel pressure regulator. This kit came with a new fuel pressure regulator and is the upgraded SCPI Conversion to MFI version which eliminates the poppet injectors. If you knock off the cost of the regulator, the cost of the kit about equaled the cost of just one new old style...

Great High quality part.
I just put this part on yesterday. It was constructed very well, and came with the new mounting bracket required to install it. I installed it on my 96 Chevy Blazer 4x4, in under 2 hours time, with ease. I have no complaints as of yet. The part completely cured; fuel leaking into my intake, my hard start issue, and my rough idle. My fuel pressure is now where it should be, and now I can enjoy knowing that when I turn my key it will start every time without hesitation. Do yourself a favor, and if you need this part don't buy any other brand besides Delphi,or AcDelco. Trust me you will not be satisfied for long. Things to consider when buying this are to also purchase any new gaskets that you would encounter while installing this part. This will only come with gasket that seals the metering body to the upper intake plenum.

better than the original
After much research on the SCPI TO MFI CONVERSION on my 1996 GM 5.7l, I purchased this product. For the first time in years I have a truck that consistantly fires on all 8 cylinders without blubbering at all. It was truely worth the effort!Apparently between 1996 and ~2000, GM used the SCPI with poppet valves that were prone to fouling. Cleaning was the first factory recommended fix with conversion to the MFI if returned to the dealer again (via recall notice). From my research this problem effected most V6 and V8's. Well mine was out of recall range, but the fix was worth it. For any moderately experienced person with auto repairs, this was not a particularly difficult install at all. The difficulty factor and time consuming part was mainly in disconnecting all the wiring and brackets in the way to remove the upper intake and then their reattachment. The actual FI was pretty much pull the old, clean, push in the new. I ordered the "may require bracket #----"...

Delphi FJ10566 Fuel Injector
This item is identical to the other brands at a much better price. It came with the bracket and o-ring. I replaced the plenum gasket just as a precaution. The installation isn't too difficult after researching the internet. The engine improvements are noticeable...smoother idle, better mileage, better starting, better response and increased power. At 150k miles I didn't realize how much had gone away. BTW, my codes causing the replacement were 300, 172 and 175.

Holy Crap! Parts are cheap on Amazon, who knew?
This part was a full $150 cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Had it overnighted and still came out way on top.Part was packaged sufficiently and was new/sealed.Install instructions were sufficient in addition to the Haynes.Installed it and the truck started better, immediately saw better fuel mileage.Came with the bracket, sometimes these don't.

Better Than Factory Original
I bought this to replace the CSFI "spider assembly" that was the original factory installed part. (Truck is 97 GMC Sierra and had 193K miles on the original part). I have owned the vehicle since it was new. Some people are having problems with the original poppet style CSFI injectors which either leak or get clogged. This part is the GM replacement for California vehicles due to gasoline additives causing issues,(misfires, rough idle). My fuel pressure regulator was leaking and I believe I also had a leaking injector. This injector replaces the original style with this Multiport style. This places the injector at the end of the fuel tube and injects straight into the lower intake manifold. The installation was fairly easy and I put it as a moderate skill level repair. You have to remove the upper intake manifold to install, so there are a lot parts to remove and wires to disconnect. I was surprised that not only did the new mounting bracket come with it, but also all of the gaskets...

Runs like a top
This is a great improvement for your Vortec 350. I had to change intake gaskets, adn while I had it apart, I updated the old poppet style nozzles to this, and couldn't be happier. The kit comes with everything you need, and this is the best price you can find it at. When I got done, my Suburban ran much smoother.

It is worth the money spent
Ok so i have a 98 tahoe that was misfireing and had a bad idle. So i bought this part and it worked great it was worth the money i paid for it. It was a lot of word to get the old one out and the new one in but not to bad. I would tell anyone who is haveing that problem with there truck to get this part.
